Seiko ProSpex and Citizen ProMaster... both professional specification watches as deemed so by their manufacturers, seated side-by-side just the other night, so I took a quick picture.
The Seiko Prospex was the more wearable size of the duo, at 44mm. The Citizen ProMaster was a huge fella and attracts way too much attention to one's wrist. Especially as it was now matched with a brand new sparkling orange Zulu.
My Dad used to be a watchsmith- and I grew up watching him taking watches apart for servicing and repair works, before re-assembling all the tiny parts into fully-working items of marvel again. It's no surprise then that I was intrique into the world of watches since a young age. P/S : This is a watch site from an enthusiast to fellow enthusiasts, so you won't be bothered by adverts here. Just pure watch-reading fun, if you're into this. Enjoy the ride...

Very nice watches! And great lume too!
ReplyDeleteI just bought the same Prospex brass at Mid Valley yesterday. Did you buy at RM1,390 after the 10% discount?
ReplyDeleteMine was a little cheaper as I bought it in Dec 2014. Retail was RM1,445 then as there was no GST as yet.
