Military Wear

I was recently invited on a mission to scout for some plantation land at a neighbouring country, and there would be lots of trekking through highlands and forests. I used to be trained in the military and was part of a back-up unit, so you can teach this old dog new tricks.

I had initially thought of taking either the G-Shock Rangeman for its ABC functions, or the MT-G for its GPS functions; but ultimately decided to go with the Military Type (MT) given that it was designed for real combat adventures and the stealth ceramic case would ensure that it remained scratch-proof when the need arose.

Needless to say, it performed flawlessly out in the jungles. After a night out in the jungle, I found out that we would also passed by beautiful beaches on some days. Being a sun worshipper, I could not helped but requested for some time for spots of island-hopping. How would the MT do when placed out of its comfort zone?

No worries there. It was a Military Type after all- and the "MT" logo in red on the dial was testament on its rugged-bility. It handled all elements with flying colours, and more!

Want a watch that could handle like that of a G-Shock and yet was of a mechanical nature and with history like no other? Look no further than Bell & Ross then. You could venture into the jungles with it, and it won't looked out of place at the poshest of hotel nonetheless.

This Military Type was retailing at RM15.5k during the previous tax-free holiday, and I am in the midst of freeing up some space in my watch winder for some in-coming pieces. If you are interested to take up this piece, essentially looking as good as new and with another 1+ year of warranty left from the original 2-year warranty, it's yours for just RM10k i.e. with more than 35% discount! Now this would be a deal that you couldn't afford to miss!
