I had recently flipped my Submariner Hulk, which would meant that I have flipped off 3 pieces of Submariner Date (116610LN, 116610LV, and 116613LB) over the years. I have always been interested to pick up a Submariner Non-Date, whether in 14060 or 114060 guise.
Well, an opportunity came about recently for such a deal involving a rather new 114060; but I was informed that the extra bracelet links were missing. So I sent word out that I was looking for additional Submariner links and sure enough, a couple of watch collectors called me out for a small watch gathering tonight (they wanted to check out the 16710 in my blog) with the reason that they had the extra link that I wanted, and a little bit more.

So now I have an extra link for 114060, and also a rubber strap that the collector was nice enough to let go for it to go with the 16710. What do you think- does the 16710 looked better with its original bracelet, or the newly-acquired rubber strap?
